Admissions
Registration for the 2012-13 School Year
Registration for the 2012-13 school year begins on January 30, 2012. Available spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis on February 4, 2012 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. The non-refundable Registration Fee of K2,000 must be paid at the time of registration in order to guarantee a spot for your child.
Families wishing to place their name on the wait list should fill out the waiting list above and email it to littlekidzplayschool@gmail.com. There is no fee for the wait list application.
General Admissions Policies
The school year generally runs from the first Monday in August through the next-to-the-last week of June. Spaces that become available during the school year will be filled from the wait list. If no wait list exits, the school will advertise open spaces through facebook, newsletters and on its website. The school will have advance registration for the following school year in January/February of each year. The 2012-13 school year will begin on August 6, 2012.
Little Kidz seeks to serve those family needing full-time care and priority will be given to those families. Currently enrolled children and their siblings will have first priority for available spots for the following school year. New families needing 5-day care will have priority for any additional spots available. Part-time spots will be filled from the wait list should they become available. Families interested in part-time care will have the option of choosing either a 3-day (M,W,F) or 2-day (T, TH) schedule. All schedules, fees and tuition are based on full-day care and half day. The school do have a half-day program.
All families must sign an acknowledgment form, which will outline their responsibilities to the school and the school’s responsibilities to the family. All admission and enrollment forms must be completed and accounts must be current prior to your child’s first day of attendance and/or the first day of the new school year.
The school retains the right to make decisions regarding enrollment and classroom makeup and placement based on the needs of individual children and/or the larger school community.
Upon enrollment to Little Kidz it is the responsibility of the parents to keep the school informed of any changes in personal information, including but not limited to, phone numbers, email addresses, residential addresses and place of employment.
